Large Scale Trial

Through our LST, we propose a tailored experiment to measure key metrics that allow us to take better financial decisions. Our system is designed to handle different types of feedstock without compromising efficiency, energy consumption or data collection, which can be used to customize the operation foreach specific project.

Small Scale Trial

We explore this potential through low risk experiment, pyrolysisat different temperatures, 400 °℃, 550 °℃, and 700 °℃. As a result, we assess the quality, composition, and key characteristics of the specific biomass to determine compliance with the International Biochar Initiative ( IBl ) Standards. This ensures the product meets the necessary requirements for soil application, carbon credit eligibility, and provides a foundation for further research pathways.

Carbon Removal and Carbon Emission Reduction

Pyrogreen's product series enable large-scale carbon emission reduction by substituting fossil fuels. Through the integration of carbon capture, storage, and/or utilization technologies, these projects can be upgraded from "carbon-neutral" to "carbon-negative," achieving active carbon removal.

Carbon Emission Reduction

Measures to reduce emissions of carbon dioxide and other greenhouse gases from human production and daily activities to address global warming. Specifically, carbon emission reduction can be achieved through energy substitution, energy conservation, and emission reduction. Taking the application scenarios of Powermax* and Biowatt* as examples, since these product series utilize biomass, the carbon released during their operation is absorbed from the atmosphere during biomass growth (part of the contemporary carbon cycle), thereby avoiding fossil carbon emissions. This represents a typical example of "renewable energy substitution" and "carbon emission reduction."

Carbon Removal

Also known as "negative emission" technology, its core lies in actively absorbing carbon dioxide from the atmosphere and storing it long-term. Taking the application scenarios of Powermax*, Biowatt*, and Pyrogreen* as examples, since these product series utilize biomass, their operational processes and outputs enable the capture and storage of carbon dioxide. This includes natural storage based on biochar and engineered storage based on separating and compressing carbon dioxide for injection into deep geological formations, known as "Bioenergy with Carbon Capture and Storage" (BECCS).
