Why Carbon Removals Must
Be Part of the Net-Zero Equation?

As countries move toward their Paris Agreement targets, one message is clear: reducing emissions isn't enough. To truly stabilise the climate, we need to remove carbon from the atmosphere and fully integrate carbon removals into climate policy and infrastructure planning.

The solution: Pyrogreen Negative Emission Technologies

Pyrogreen masters the proven and profitable negative emission technology, using PyCCUS process to integrates biomass waste management, renewable energy production, soil improvement, and long-term carbon removal. The produced biochar can be used in agriculture or construction, enabling permanent carbon storage.

The National Academy of Sciences has estimated that meeting the Paris Agreement's goals will require scaling up to 10 gigatons (Gt) of CDR annually by 2050, with 20 Gt of CDR each year by 2100. With Pyrogreen technology, per ton of biochar can sequester up to 3 tons of CO₂ with permanent stability.

Pyrogreen Carbonization Process

Using the Pyrogreen BSCC 5000, an average output of 12,500 tons of Biochar can be produced every year. Incorporated into the soil as a soil improver, this can sequester as much CO₂ per year as 2,500,000 trees.
